Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist/Technical Recruiter

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment across technology functions. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions. Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through job boardes, social media, employee referrals, and networking Use data and analytics to track metrics such as time-to fill, source of hire and pipeline health. Manage ATS workflows, maintain accurate records. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards. Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract candidates through social media and other marketing channels. Qualifications Required: 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on hiring Data Engineering, Data Science, and/or Business Intelligence professionals. Demonstrated understanding of various data technologies, methodologies (e.g., Big Data, Python, R, SQL, Spark, cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP, machine learning algorithms, data warehousing, ETL tools, BI platforms like Tableau/Power BI). Proven ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for highly specialized technical roles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions and report on performance. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Preferred: Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment. Familiarity with employer branding strategies and social media recruitment.
