About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Executive for a 6-month contract role based in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 11 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on hiring for the Oil & Gas Technology domain across the Middle East and South Asia regions. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

? Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from requisition to

onboarding for a variety of roles.

? Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and

attract top-tier talent from the Middle East and South Asia markets. Utilize various channels

including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, industry-specific forums,

and direct outreach.

? Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and

recruitment best practices within the Oil & Gas and Technology sectors in the Middle East

and South Asia. Provide insights to hiring managers and leadership.

? Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience

throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.

? Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with

hiring managers, department heads, and senior leadership across different functions and

geographies. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their hiring needs, providing regular

updates, and managing expectations effectively.

? Offer Management & Negotiation: Prepare and extend compelling offers, negotiate terms,

and ensure a smooth closing process with candidates.

? ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and recruitment

activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

? Reporting & Analytics: Generate recruitment reports and provide insights on key metrics

such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, to identify areas for improvement.

? Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company

policies, particularly those relevant to hiring in the Middle East and South Asia.

We believe most of these should match your experience

? Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

? 7 to 11 years of dedicated experience in Talent Acquisition, with a significant portion focused

on technical hiring.

Oil & Gas Technology domain

Middle East and South Asia regions.

? Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and

collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

? Strong proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools

(e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

? Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced

environment.

? High level of cultural sensitivity and adaptability, especially for hiring across different

regions.
