Role Overview: As a Senior Talend Developer at Sedin Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying ETL processes using Talend. Your role will involve working closely with data architects and analysts to implement scalable data pipelines and optimize existing ETL processes for performance and reliability. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote, night-shift working environment to integrate data from various sources. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy ETL processes using Talend (Data Integration/Big Data). - Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Work closely with data architects and analysts to implement scalable data pipelines. - Optimize and troubleshoot existing ETL processes for performance and reliability. - Integrate data from various sources including databases, APIs, and flat files. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote, night-shift working environment. Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of total IT experience with at least 5 years of strong hands-on experience in Talend. - Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and working with large datasets. - Experience in data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and data governance. - Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. - Familiarity with other ETL tools, scheduling tools, and CI/CD processes is an advantage. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work during night shifts (US time zones).
