Senior Systems Analyst

As a Senior Systems Analyst at Carelon Global Solutions India, you will play a crucial role in gathering requirements, documenting them, and effectively communicating with leaders. Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Product, your responsibilities will involve liaising with various stakeholders to understand and deliver in-house business and technical requirements while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines from external agencies. Your primary duties will include defining functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements of a system, managing the scope of business systems projects, and acting as a liaison between the business and IT teams. You will be responsible for developing technical requirement documents, analyzing business needs through various methods, and working with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and enhancement. To qualify for this role, you should hold a B. Tech /B.E. /MCA degree with 4-7 years of experience in a business system analyst role, along with hands-on technical experience in requirements elicitation processes. Agile experience is a must, and proficiency in tools like Jira and Jira Align is required. Additionally, you should possess a strong understanding of Healthcare Provider business, experience with Watson/WatsonX, and the ability to work with SQL scripts and Splunk logs for analysis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on developing training documentation, creating system process flows and diagrams, and providing technical guidance on future system opportunities. Your role will also involve leading cross-functional teams, developing strategies for business-critical solutions, and partnering with business executives on enterprise portfolio and road maps.
