Job Description

As a Senior Success Guide at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in accelerating customer adoption and outcomes by leveraging your deep product knowledge, hands-on solutioning, and consultative engagement skills. Your main responsibilities will include: - Engaging with customers to understand and translate their business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions. - Conducting org health assessments and delivering advanced security assessments to identify risks and provide best practice recommendations. - Collaborating with architects, developers, and stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. - Leading interactive demos, proof-of-concepts, and solution-building sessions to accelerate feature and cloud adoption. - Providing expert coaching sessions, product education, and technical guidance tailored to customer needs. - Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Service Cloud and supporting internal enablement and mentoring other Success Guides. - Partnering with Guide Leadership to design and deliver training programs and build team skills. - Generating positive feedback by driving measurable outcomes and customer satisfaction. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 5 years of development experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. - Relevant Salesforce certifications including Salesforce Certified Platform Developer2. - Hands-on expertise in Service Cloud capabilities such as Service Cloud Digital Engagement, Service Cloud Voice, Knowledge, Agentforce for Service, and Field Service. - Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning using LWC and Apex, front-end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. - Experience in data integration and knowledge of SQL, SOQL, Java, JavaScript, SLDS, and custom CSS. - Familiarity with platform authentication patterns and security capabilities. - Expertise in Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and declarative automation tools. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders to design effective solutions.
