Senior Student Counselors

As a Student Counselor at our Wayanad Muttil Branch, your role involves counseling students and parents on suitable study destinations, universities, and courses based on academic profiles and interests. Your responsibilities will include: - Counseling students and parents on study destinations, universities, and courses - Assisting students throughout the end-to-end process from profile assessment to pre-departure guidance - Providing accurate information on tuition fees, living expenses, scholarships, and admission requirements - Ensuring consistent follow-ups with student inquiries and converting inquiries into enrollments - Staying updated on admission and visa procedures for major destinations like the UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc. - Maintaining student records and updating the internal database - Coordinating with internal teams for smooth processing - Participating in education fairs, webinars, and promotional events For experienced candidates, we prefer a minimum of 3+ years of experience in overseas education counseling. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply, as training will be provided. You should have a good understanding of international admission and visa processes (for experienced candidates), strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and counseling skills. Additionally, you should be able to meet targets, manage student cases efficiently, have basic computer proficiency, be self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
