Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior STEM Trainer at BCTLABS STEM ACADEMY, located in Hyderabad. The Senior STEM Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering STEM-focused educational content and training programs. Day-to-day tasks include designing curriculum, conducting workshops, assessing student performance, and providing feedback. The role also involves mentoring junior trainers, staying updated with the latest in STEM educational methods, and ensuring high standards of teaching and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in STEM subjects and educational methods
• Experience in curriculum design and instructional materials development
• Proficient in conducting workshops and training programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to mentor junior trainers and assess student performance
• Passion for STEM education and staying updated with the latest trends
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant STEM field
• Prior experience in a similar training or teaching role is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in an educational team environment
