As a Technical Writer at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in producing documentation and content experiences aimed at assisting customers in maximizing the benefits of our products. Collaborating closely with fellow writers, product managers, engineers, and the User Experience (UX) team within an Agile development environment, you will be responsible for creating in-app assistance, guides, interactive training modules, and videos tailored for administrators, users, and developers. Your dedication to innovation and solution-oriented content strategies will ensure the delivery of timely and relevant content to our users. With a minimum of 6-15 years of experience in documenting software for technical audiences, you will demonstrate your ability to craft clear, concise, and user-friendly content. Your expertise in creating content for end users, coupled with a knack for quickly grasping complex technologies, will be essential in meeting our high standards of quality and attention to detail. In this role, your problem-solving skills, effective communication, and strong advocacy for the customer will be key assets. Your ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and uphold a structured approach to authoring content will be pivotal in your success. A Bachelor's degree in a technical, communications, or writing field, or equivalent experience, along with knowledge of DITA and structured authoring, is required. Experience in an Agile development environment will be an added advantage. In addition to a competitive salary, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes well-being reimbursement, generous parental leave, adoption assistance, fertility benefits, and more. Our commitment to continuous learning is reflected in world-class enablement and on-demand training through Trailhead.com. You will have the opportunity to engage with executive thought leaders, receive regular coaching sessions with leadership, participate in volunteer activities, and contribute to our 1:1:1 model for community giving back.
