JOB SUMMARY:

As a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager, you will lead media programs, influencing the teams roadmap priorities and technical direction. This role combines strong technical understanding, program leadership, and agile delivery excellence. You will own end-to-end execution of critical programs, influence roadmap direction, manage cross-team dependencies and senior stakeholders, and mentor teams to raise execution maturity across the organization.

:At JioHotstar, the Technical Program Management team in the media org plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing high-impact programs that define how users discover, engage with, and return to our platform. Working closely with engineering, product, design, and data science teams, we orchestrate cross-functional initiatives. We are relentless in refining execution rhythms, aligning priorities across diverse teams, and proactively managing risks to ensure timely delivery at scale.
