Senior Staff Software Engineer, One Platform

You are expected to have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with a minimum of 8 years in software development, 5 years in testing and launching software products, and 3 years in software design and architecture. Additionally, possessing a Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred. Further qualifications include 8 years of experience in data structures/algorithms, 3 years in a technical leadership role, familiarity with API management, cloud technologies, and collaboration with global teams. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the API Experience, catering to the development needs of both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for setting and executing the API Proxy goals, identifying opportunities, evaluating impact, and prioritizing initiatives. Additionally, you will drive the technical direction, lead the team through design and code reviews, and serve as a technical expert to foster alignment and collaboration with other teams such as SRE, engprod, and more.
