Senior Staff Engineer, TAM Automotive Cockpit

You will be responsible for managing complex, multidisciplinary automotive programs with Qualcomm customers. Your role will involve working closely with Qualcomm Automotive customers to track project milestones, SOP schedules, FROP, upgrade schedules, and documentation collection. You will prioritize, track, and drive customer-reported issues to resolution/closure, ensuring urgent matters are appropriately escalated internally and/or externally. Effective communication of issue status to customers and internal senior executive teams will be crucial. Additionally, you will regularly report program status and key issues to management, collaborate with multiple teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges, and ensure project scopes align with successful execution. Key Responsibilities: - Work with Qualcomm Automotive customers to track project milestones, schedules, and documentation - Prioritize, track, and resolve customer-reported issues - Communicate issue status to customers and internal teams - Report program status and key issues to management - Collaborate with engineering, Quality, product management, and sales teams to resolve technical challenges - Manage Qualcomm identified Suppliers and partner organizations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science - 13+ years of experience in embedded domain with heterogeneous compute platforms - Experience in Technical Account management roles in automotive programs - Good understanding of Embedded Software architecture, Linux kernel internals, and firmware design - Hands-on experience in multi-core ARM/CPU software solutions - Strong C/C++ programming skills - Leadership skills and problem-solving abilities Qualcomm India Private Limited is committed to providing equal opportunities to all applicants.
