Senior Staff Consultant (Product Designer - SaaS - UI/UX)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a focus on SaaS products or complex digital platforms.
• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and impact.
• Expert proficiency in Figma (design, prototyping, and component libraries).
• Proven, hands-on experience in building and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Solid grounding in visual design principles (layout, typography, color, hierarchy).
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex workflows into simple, elegant user experiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX strategy and user research.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Drive the end-to-end design process, from discovery to execution and iteration.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and focus group sessions to generate insights.
• Develop UX strategy, user personas, journey maps, and storyboards.
• Define information architecture and user flows for a logical user journey.
• Create low to high-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Apply expert knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and design principles.
• Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems, component libraries, and UI themes.
• Champion design accessibility and responsive web design principles.
• Plan and facilitate UX workshops and present design rationale through compelling storytelling.
• Conduct usability expert reviews and create case studies to showcase design impact.
