Job Description

Job Summary

We are developing a highly scalable, AWS-like cloud platform , where multiple teams can independently develop, deploy, and manage services . As a Senior Spring Boot Developer , you will play a critical role in designing and developing high-performance microservices , ensuring scalability, security, and observability while integrating with cloud-native architectures and DevOps automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Microservices Development: Design, develop, and optimize Spring Boot microservices using best practices.
API Development: Build and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs with proper authentication and security.
Cloud & Kubernetes Deployment: Deploy, scale, and optimize microservices on Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE) .
Database & Caching: Implement MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka for high-performance data handling.
Security & Authentication: Implement OAuth2, JWT, API Gateway security, and IAM integration .
Observability & Logging: Integrate monitoring, tracing, and logging with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack .
Performance Optimization: Conduct code optimizations, caching strategies, and stress testing .
Collaboration & Best Practices: Work closely with DevOps, security, and other engineering teams to enforce best coding standards.

Required Skills:

Spring Boot & Java: Strong expertise in developing high-performance microservices.
API Development: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, API Gateway integration.
Cloud & Kubernetes: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE) .
Database & Storage: MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, PostgreSQL.
Security & Authentication: OAuth2, JWT, Vault, AWS Secrets Manager.
CI/CD & DevOps: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Docker, Kubernetes Helm.
Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, OpenTelemetry.
Testing & Optimization: Unit testing (JUnit, Mockito), performance tuning.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with distributed architectures and event-driven systems.
Familiarity with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
Knowledge of Chaos Engineering & fault-tolerant architectures.
Proficiency in writing highly scalable and resilient microservices.
