Senior Specialist - SAP

As a SAP APO DP and SNP Lead at Bristlecone, your role is crucial for implementing process and technology solutions related to the Demand and Supply Planning functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Architecting, designing, and assisting in successful implementations of SAP APO DP and SNP in customer organizations. - Collaborating with Sales and Delivery Teams to expand the Services Business around APO in alignment with organizational strategy. - Mentoring Junior APO Team members on APO DP and SNP. - Developing Assets and Accelerators within SAP APO DP and SNP to lower the overall cost. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Over 10 years of Supply Chain Planning experience, with a minimum of 8 years in SAP APO DP and SNP modules. - Hands-on experience in at least 3 end-to-end APO DP and SNP implementations (excluding rollouts). - Familiarity with SAP IBP and SAP certification would be advantageous. Additionally, your technical expertise should include: - Proficiency in all modules of SAP APO with a focus on DP and SNP. - Extensive experience in end-to-end APO implementation projects within Process and Discrete industries. - Ability to lead Design workshops for both Business and IT teams and architect comprehensive solutions using APO DP and SNP. Furthermore, you should possess: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - A positive attitude with flexibility to work in challenging client environments. - Capability to conduct trainings and mentor junior APO team members.
