Senior Specialist - Employee Engagement

Role Overview: As a Senior Specialist/Manager for the Human Capital team at Arcesium, your role will involve supporting the implementation of the employee engagement strategy based on an understanding of the company's current culture. You will be responsible for developing and managing firmwide and location-specific initiatives and activities focused on themes like collaboration, wellbeing, belongingness, personal development, and relaxation. Your work will involve collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to execute initiatives seamlessly, analyzing data to create reports for effective decision-making, contributing to diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and managing internal communication channels while supporting teams with content creation. Key Responsibilities: - Support the implementation of the employee engagement strategy based on an understanding of the company's current culture - Develop and manage firmwide and location-specific initiatives and activities focusing on collaboration, wellbeing, belongingness, personal development, and relaxation - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute initiatives seamlessly - Analyze data and create reports for effective decision-making to enhance the employee experience - Contribute to the formulation and execution of diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives - Manage internal communication channels and support teams with content creation Qualifications Required: - Graduate/post-graduate degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to build and develop relationships within and outside the team - Creative thinking and ideation skills - Ability to anticipate and identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency within the team Note: Our data privacy statement can be found on our website.
