Senior Specialist Dev IT PS&PV

As a Solution Designer at Novartis, your role will involve creating detailed DD&IT solution/service designs based on functional specifications to meet quality and performance requirements and technical constraints. Your major responsibilities will include: - Developing and delivering system solutions for a specific business or technology area in alignment with defined solution architecture. - Creating detailed process designs necessary for the day-to-day operation of the software/service, ensuring adherence to the architectural roadmap. - Ensuring peer review and sign off on detailed designs by business stakeholders, aligning with solution architecture design and traceability to functional and non-functional requirements. - Considering the overall user experience when designing new solutions and services. - Ensuring compliance with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within the Service Delivery scope. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. - Awareness of Lean/6 Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile methodology. - Skills in influencing without authority, collaborating across boundaries, project management, and working/leading in a matrix environment. - Proficiency in English. Your skills and knowledge should encompass: - IT Enterprise & Business Architecture. - IT Systems Design and Integration. - User Experience Design. - Knowledge of IT applications and tools.
