Role: Senior Software Test Engineer About The Role Leadsquared is seeking a meticulous and proactive QA Engineer to ensure the quality and performance of our Product You will be instrumental in verifying the functionality, reliability, and scalability of our software through a combination of manual and automated testing techniques This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute significantly to our product development lifecycle within an agile environment, Requirements Should have 3-4 years of experience, Manual Testing Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases based on functional requirements, user stories, and technical specifications, Thoroughly test software releases by executing test cases and identifying defects, Accurately document and track defects using our bug tracking system (e-g , Jira), Perform regression testing to confirm that resolved defects do not re-emerge and that new features haven't introduced regressions, Collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide timely feedback on software quality, Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, API Testing Design, develop, and execute API tests using Postman to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of our backend services, Contribute to the automation of API tests to ensure continuous quality, Automation & Tools Build and enhance UI automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright to ensure comprehensive test coverage, Integrate automated tests into our CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous testing and faster feedback loops, Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and methodologies and recommend improvements to our testing processes
