Job Description

Role Overview: You will collaborate effectively with the Cisco Routing Security Automation and Test team on VPN and SD-WAN solutions, focusing on security protocols like IKEv2 and IPSEC. Your key insights will involve working on VPN and SD-WAN solutions using Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN and integrating with Skyhigh Security Service Edge. Additionally, you will delve into security protocols such as IKE and IPSEC, as well as Post Quantum Cryptography solutions including Quantum Key Distribution (QKD). Key Responsibilities: - Test/Validate and automate advanced network solutions integrating with various technologies - Test and Automate security protocols for data transmission and network integrity - Validate and automate quantum-safe encryption methods to protect against Harvest Now, Decrypt Later (HNDL) attacks Qualifications: - Educational Background: 10-15 years of Industry experience with hands-on experience in End-to-End Solution testing in Security SDWAN area - Strong understanding of network security concepts, protocols, and technologies - QA Experience with VPN technologies (e.g., IKev2, IKev1, IPSec, SSL/TLS etc) - QA Experience with SD-WAN technologies and solutions - Proficiency in Python and standard libraries - Experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Rest API) - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web scraping, or automation of web-based systems - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) - Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) is a plus - Motivated self-starter with good communication skills, able to deliver superior products in a cross-functional team environment under aggressive schedules Additional Company Details: At Cisco, you will be part of a diverse and inclusive team where every individual's unique skills and perspectives contribute to powering an inclusive future for all.
