Senior Software Lead

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Contribute to the

  design and implementation

  of scalable microservices and enterprise solutions.
• Define and enforce

  best practices

  for code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Support database migrations and performance optimization in

  PostgreSQL

  .
• Implement messaging and streaming integrations (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis Streams).
• Develop APIs with a focus on

  security and scalability

  .
• Collaborate with architects on authentication and authorization strategies (Keycloak, OAuth2).
• Experience in product / platform development is good to have

Team Management & Mentorship

• Lead a

  small team of developers

  in delivering assigned modules/projects.
• Mentor junior engineers, review code, and share technical knowledge.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, Data Science) for end-to-end delivery.

Project Delivery & Quality Assurance

• Drive assigned projects through all stages design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with DevOps for Kubernetes deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure system monitoring, logging, and performance metrics are in place.
• Promote

  test automation

  and proactive issue resolution.

Strategic Contributions

• Take ownership of core application components in large-scale, enterprise-grade platforms.
• Suggest and implement technology improvements for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

Technical Skills

• Languages & Frameworks:

  Java 11/17, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Lombok.

• Database:

  PostgreSQL (queries, indexing, optimization).

• Messaging Systems:

  Kafka or RabbitMQ.

• Caching/Streaming:

  Redis, Redis Streams.

• API Development:

  RESTful APIs, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI.

• Tools:

  Git, Maven, CI/CD basics, Docker, Kubernetes.

Leadership Skills

• Minimum

  7 years

  in software development with at least

  12 years in a lead role

  .
• Experience managing

  small engineering teams

  and coordinating deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
