Senior Software Engineer/Team Lead (Full stack)

As a software developer in this role, you will collaborate with managers, teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and efficiently translate them into technical specifications. You will play a crucial role in mentoring and coaching team members, offering guidance on best practices, conducting code reviews, and fostering technical skill development. Your responsibilities will include developing frontend components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries such as React to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces. Additionally, you will design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java or Python. Implementing database solutions, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning using SQL and NoSQL databases will also be part of your daily tasks. Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues across the full stack, from frontend UI to backend services and databases, will be vital to ensure timely resolution. Keeping yourself updated with the latest technology trends and developments is important, along with proactively identifying changes or assisting with improvements to prevent problems. You will be expected to develop milestones and dependencies for realistic estimates required for your own work, and you may also validate estimates provided by other team members. Key Technical Skills required for this position: - 5-7 years of development experience - Strong expertise in React.js - Proficiency in either Java or Python for backend development - Database skills in MySQL, SQLServer, or Postgresql - Hands-on experience in at least one of the above database technologies is mandatory - Preferred Add-on: MongoDB - Proficiency in different frameworks, REST API, etc. This role requires 5-7 years of relevant experience in software development.
