Senior Software Engineers

As an experienced software developer, you will be responsible for developing software applications using the .Net Framework. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the development of commercialized software applications using C#, .NET Framework, Relational Databases, and Web Services - Conducting software code reviews to ensure high quality and efficient code - Implementing design patterns to improve application performance and maintainability - Administering source control tools such as VSS to manage code repository effectively To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Hold a BE/B Tech degree - Have at least 4+ years of experience in developing software with a strong knowledge of nTier/web applications - Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrate good client-facing skills - Show proficiency in XML, including defining XML schemas, DTDs, and XSLT - Understand database fundamentals, web servers, networking, and protocols - Have at least 2+ years of experience in SQL Server Additionally, exposure to .Net is mandatory for this position.
