Responsibilities & Duties
Developing an in-depth technical understanding of the Processing platform.
Utilizing strong analytical skills and debugging techniques to resolve software bugs.
Working collaboratively with the support and development teams to diagnose, debug and resolve escalated customer issues.
Resolving customer issues escalated from our support department to our development team.
Troubleshooting application bugs remotely within the Clients environments.
Developing test cases around new features and extending the current automated regression testing. Participate in the development of new features and expand existing features.
Add support for new platforms to our existing products and develop new products.
Develop and review designs, code, unit tests, system tests, and documentation.
Collaborate in root cause analysis; diagnose, isolate, and fix software problems.
Create applications using primarily C#.
Design and implement RESTful APIs in C#.
Demonstrate your work product to your team.
Identify and correct issues that impact performance, reliability, and scalability.
Investigate and develop skills in new technologies.
