Senior Software Engineer SAP GTS E4H Expert

Role Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer/Lead Analyst at CGI, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the Global Trade Services (GTS) E4H platform. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with end-users to address new requirements, resolve day-to-day issues, support business process definitions, and assist the Application Management Services (AMS) Team. Key Responsibilities: - Work directly with end-users to gather, analyze, and document new requirements. - Provide timely support to end-users for day-to-day operational issues related to the GTS E4H platform. - Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) to capture business requirements and technical needs. - Support the definition and optimization of business flows in alignment with organizational objectives. - Collaborate with and provide support to the AMS Team for issue resolution, enhancements, and system maintenance. - Ensure effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. - Get involved in initiatives to design and deploy a Customs Control Tower concept. Qualification Required: - 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Trade Compliance, Trade Preference, and Customs Management. - Expertise in SAP GTS and/or E4H platforms. - Broad knowledge of Customs Broker setup and related processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in preparing documentation such as FSDs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, global team environment. - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or a related field (preferred). - Fluent in English (spoken and written).
