Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce Developer, LWC, Community Cloud/experience cloud

As a Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce Developer at NEC Software Solutions (India) Private Limited, your primary role will involve translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products. You will participate in technical design sessions, develop technical solution documentation aligned with business objectives, and execute test plans to ensure quality delivery. Your responsibilities will also include developing, testing, and documenting custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation, as well as building custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform. Additionally, you will be expected to follow coding standards, participate in code reviews, provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks, and absorb new product and technical capabilities from Salesforce during new product releases and acquisitions. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions - Participate in technical design sessions and develop technical solution documentation - Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements - Develop custom solutions and interfaces on the Salesforce platform - Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery - Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews - Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks - Absorb new product and technical capabilities from Salesforce Qualifications: - 5 years of CRM experience - Proven ability to develop and optimize integrated business processes across disparate systems - Minimum 4-5 years of Salesforce platform experience (3 years preferred) - Understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Salesforce1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud, Communities, and AppExchange solutions - Extensive development experience using VisualForce, Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform - Experience in developing custom Aura components, working with LWC, Rest-based Integrations, Lightning & Community Cloud - Data Migration experience - Configuration experience using the Salesforce point-and-click application administration interface - Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies and Atlassian tools - Excellent written and oral communications skills - Mulesoft experience a plus - Salesforce Administration a plus - Salesforce.com Certifications a plus - NPSP knowledge would be a plus,
