About the Job

RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management)

What you will be doing:

RMM Design & Development

• Design, develop, and enhance core components of the RMM platform, including monitoring agents, automation workflows, alerting, and reporting modules.
• Analyse performance and scalability bottlenecks across distributed systems, implementing optimized and reliable solutions.
• Develop tools and utilities for remote device management, patching, and policy enforcement.

RMM Platform Integration

• Integrate cloud-based monitoring and management capabilities.
• Contribute to API and protocol design for communication between agents and management servers.

AI-Driven Development

• Leverage AI tools for code optimisation, automated testing, and workflow improvements.
• Use intelligent systems to enhance debugging, maintainability, and performance.

Collaboration & Technical Leadership

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align architecture with product goals.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve complex issues related to remote monitoring and system performance.
• Provide technical mentorship and contribute to architectural discussions and code reviews.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Drive architectural improvements and promote best practices for secure, efficient, and scalable system-level development.

What We Expect From You

• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and state management (Redux/Context API).
• Strong hands-on experience in Java with deep understanding of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
• Ability to build secure REST and WebSocket APIs with JWT authentication and authorization.
• Experience implementing real-time communication using WebSockets for live monitoring and device updates.
• Working knowledge of Kafka for producing and consuming streaming data.
• Experience with Redis for caching, session handling, and in-memory operations.
• Solid understanding of MySQL (structured data) and MongoDB (unstructured/high-volume data).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows.

Good to have:

• Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and implementing backup strategies for them.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Knowledge of Cloudflare for CDN, caching, and application security optimization.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
