Your experience in Java/Spring Boot and MySQL would be a strong advantage for this role. Being flexible and open-minded is essential, alongside a belief in lean and agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Your passion for writing clean, beautiful code should be evident, with a keen eye for simplicity and pragmatism. You should have the ability to quickly grasp new systems and concepts. Understanding that quality is a team effort, not solely reliant on the QA engineer, is crucial.
