As a Senior Software Engineer with 4+ years of experience, your role will involve providing expertise in the software development life cycle. This includes activities such as concept development, architecture design, implementation, and testing. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring small-sized teams, ensuring code reviews and development best practices are followed, and participating in regular client communication. Your ability to estimate efforts, identify risks, and provide technical support when needed will be crucial. Effective people management and task management will also be part of your responsibilities, showcasing your ability to multitask and re-prioritize based on dynamic requirements.
