Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior Software Engineer .NET Core to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in backend development, microservices-based architecture, and system design, along with exceptional logical reasoning and problem-solving skills. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with internal teams and clients.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET Core
Proven experience in Microservices Architecture
Exposure to RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Kubernetes is a plus
Experience with modern databases and APIs:
MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL
Hands-on experience with Redis / Caching mechanisms
Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
Exceptional logical reasoning and analytical skills (Very High Priority)
Experience designing scalable, high-performance, and secure backend systems
Knowledge of RESTful services, API design, and system integration

Soft Skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly
Strong leadership mindset and mentoring abilities
High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving attitude

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using .NET Core
Lead and contribute to architecture and design discussions
Optimize application performance using caching and best practices
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
Ensure high code quality, security, and performance standards
