Job Description

As a Senior/Lead Software Engineer, you will join a product development team of our customer in supply chain domain and partner with other software engineers who are passionate about solving real-world problems. We promote developer autonomy and empower engineering teams to own a piece of the customer experience.

What Youll Do:

Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using
Java, Scala, and Kotlin
.
Design and implement
Microservices
and
Event-driven architectures
for high-performance applications.
Optimize cloud-based deployments and ensure system reliability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth and technical excellence.

Does this sound like you?

5+ years
of experience in
Java, Scala, and/or Kotlin
development.
Strong understanding of
Microservices architecture
and
distributed systems
.
Experience with
Spring Boot, Akka, Play Framework
, or similar technologies.
Familiarity with
Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other event-driven messaging systems
.
Knowledge of
cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
and containerization (
Docker, Kubernetes
).
Ability to work with
US-based teams
, with at least
2 hours of overlap
with US West/Central time zones.
