Senior Software Engineer II - MEAN Stack

As a Senior Software Engineer at Delivery Solutions, a Retail eCommerce OXM Platform, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge software products that power Same-Day Delivery, Curbside, In-Store Pickup, Shipping, and Post Purchase experiences for renowned retailers like Sephora, AT&T, Footlocker, Michael's, and many more. Our SAAS-based solution is highly flexible, providing a seamless experience for E-commerce properties, OMS, WMS, and POS systems, ensuring a highly scalable and satisfied customer base. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define software requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design and develop robust and scalable software solutions using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) and related technologies. - Take ownership of feature development, delivering high-quality code on time. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and debug software issues, implementing effective solutions. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of software applications. - Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies, making recommendations for process improvements. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - 4+ years of hands-on experience in MEAN stack development with MongoDB, Express.js, Angular (version 2 or higher), and Node.js. - Experience in a product-based company delivering software solutions to customers. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices. - Proficiency in front-end technologies like Angular, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. - Solid understanding of back-end technologies including Node.js, RESTful APIs, and server-side frameworks. - Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS, and related services. - Knowledge of JSON, Kibana, JIRA, and Jenkins is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.,
