Senior Software Engineer- Firmware Verification/ROM Verification

As a Senior Software Development Engineer at AMD, you play a crucial role in the validation of BootROM, ensuring the delivery of top-notch, industry-leading technologies to the market. Your key responsibilities include developing and executing test cases to validate various boot peripherals, proprietary boot sequences, internal boot modes, authentication algorithms, encryption/decryption algorithms, and automating tests using Python. You will also be performing testing on prototyping/emulation platforms, identifying and tracking issues using JIRA, reporting coverage metrics, reviewing requirements, collaborating with different teams, engaging in discussions with the design team to enhance BootROM quality, conducting security threat analysis, and adhering to safety processes throughout. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
