Key Skills : .net core, Java, C#, Automated Testing, GCP, PostgreSQL Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the design of complex software development features and ensure solutions are scalable, effective, and maintainable. Collaborate with solution managers, designers, and other teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with priorities and project goals. Analyze and solve complex technical problems, identify bottlenecks, and prepare technical documentation to optimize system performance. Facilitate code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and lead by example in code quality, development best practices, and problem-solving approaches. Ensure code meets functional and performance requirements, and advocate for high-quality software and ensure rigorous testing processes, including automated unit tests, integration tests, and other testing frameworks. Leverage common GenAI tools for AI assisted development and understand the basics of prompt engineering. Perform other job duties as assigned. The majority of the work is focused on individual contributor objectives but may include formal oversight or mentorship of other individual contributors. If directly responsible for oversight of other individual contributors, additional management responsibilities may include hiring, training, and communication related to performance management and compensation decisions. This job is responsible for all stages of the software development lifecycle using a variety of technologies and tools to build impactful software solutions. The scope of this job includes building and optimizing comprehensive solutions that prioritize end-user efficiency and experience. Experience Requirements: Proven experience in leading the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable, and effective software solutions. Strong background in collaborating across cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into well-defined technical specifications. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance. Experience conducting thorough code reviews and promoting best practices in software development. Proficiency in testing methodologies including unit, integration, and system testing using automation frameworks. Familiarity with GenAI tools and a foundational understanding of prompt engineering. Previous experience mentoring or providing oversight to other engineers is a plus. Hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, using modern tools and technologies to create user-centric solutions. Qualifications: B. Tech in Any software branch.
