Key Responsibilities: - Write code to deliver innovative product features that resonate with the enthusiastic user base - Conduct code reviews and strive for continuous enhancement of the team's code quality and productivity - Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow developers - Assist developers in prioritizing work and overcoming work-related challenges - Serve as an effective information bridge between your team and the wider organization - Advocate for and implement development initiatives, best practices, and coding standards - Demonstrate proactive decision-making by suggesting actions rather than waiting to be instructed Qualifications Required: - Possess 5+ years of software development experience - Proficiency in modern Javascript and React framework, including core principles, with practical experience in developing and maintaining complex web applications using React - Familiarity with working on RESTful APIs - Strong grasp of algorithms and computational complexity - Demonstrated capability to take charge of small projects, drive them to completion with high quality and timeliness - Knowledge of the JavaScript Excel API is beneficial, though not mandatory - Hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience - Previous exposure to a scrum/lean/agile environment - Self-motivated and self-directed mindset - Enthusiastic about collaborating on exciting technology with a team of friendly and enthusiastic developers - Enjoy coaching, mentoring, and supporting others in their professional growth - Ability to triage and resolve production bugs Role Overview: Vena Solutions is looking for a Senior Developer to contribute to the expansion of their sophisticated SaaS cloud technology.
