Senior Software Developer - MS Dynamics 365 CRM

Role Overview: As a software developer at proMX, you will be responsible for ensuring high software quality throughout the development process. Your tasks will include adhering to defined development guidelines, meeting workload targets, creating functional design documents based on customer requirements, developing software architecture following FDD/FSD principles, implementing software according to requirement specifications, maintaining code quality, creating software documentation, performing code documentation, introducing new technologies and procedures into software development, acquiring knowledge independently and transferring it to teams, taking on mentoring and coaching responsibilities, and ensuring compliance with information security and data protection requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure high software quality throughout the development process - Adhere to defined development guidelines - Meet the company's workload targets - Create functional design documents based on customer requirements - Develop software architecture following FDD/FSD principles - Implement software according to requirement specifications while maintaining a high level of code quality - Create software documentation - Perform code documentation in accordance with development guidelines - Introduce new technologies and procedures into software development - Acquire knowledge independently and transfer it to teams and the entire organization - Take on mentoring and coaching responsibilities - Ensure compliance with information security and data protection requirements Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development - Strong knowledge of relevant programming languages and current development methods - Very good understanding of software architectures - Familiarity with user interface philosophies Additional Details: proMX is a consulting company based in Germany, USA, UK, India, Canada & Singapore.
