As a self-starter with a strong ability to drive IT projects and reach timely conclusions, you will collaborate cross-functionally, multitask, and manage multiple projects for optimal solutions. You will be responsible for developing project plans, defining milestones, objectives, scope, and timelines, and effectively allocating resources to ensure successful project completion. Additionally, you will lead Proof of Concept projects with stakeholders and manage Partner projects in HR Learning applications. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including leaders, audiences, and subject matter experts, to conduct thorough needs analysis and establish measurable objectives for all projects. Building and maintaining relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up will be essential. You must have strong business partnership experience to successfully collaborate with multiple stakeholders and achieve organizational goals. You will pilot new feature releases to directly influence the overall product development roadmap. Strong organizational skills are required, along with experience in managing multiple deadlines and quick turnarounds. Qualifications: - Educational attainment: Bachelor's Degree - Professional qualifications and accreditations/memberships: Strategic Management, Operations Management, Learning Delivery, Project Management qualifications - Previous work experience: 2 to 4 years in IT - Knowledge of effective learning and development methods - Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices (e.g., SCORM, xAPI, AICC, etc.) - Experience in IT project management and budgeting - Proficiency in MS Office, Learning Management Systems, APIs, integration, SAML, and IDMS. Knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML, Azure, Web hooks will be advantageous. - Strong knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and software development methodologies - Strong organizational skills, ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work in a team with diverse cultural backgrounds - Excellent communication and negotiation skills with sharp business acumen Location: IN-Karnataka-Bangalore Schedule: Full-time Unposting Date: Ongoing,
