Senior Software Developer - Embedded

As a Senior Embedded Software Developer at our company, your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing embedded software solutions for residential gateway devices. You will collaborate closely with hardware engineers, vendors, and product managers to define new features and ensure seamless integration. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of robust embedded software solutions for residential gateway devices, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance at scale. - Drive cross-functional collaboration to define, architect, and integrate complex features efficiently. - Own system-level optimization, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to enhance stability and resource utilization. - Set the standard for code quality, conducting rigorous code reviews and enforcing best practices. - Provide expert-level support in post-production environments, diagnosing and resolving critical issues promptly. - Mentor and elevate junior developers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement. - Champion innovation by bringing forward new ideas, tools, and methodologies to push technological boundaries.
