Job Description

Qualifications Must have a work experience in ASP.Net & MS SQL Server Experience in software development at least 3 years ASP.Net with C# & MS SQL Server Primary Responsibilities: Person will attend the customer L2 support tickets and change request tickets after completing revert to customer Person must have a knowledge on documenting the customer requirements. Training the end user or client on the final product as well as providing technical support whenever required. Making changes to existing web applications according to the feedback received from the end users or clients. In some cases, changes are also made in order to update the applications compatibility with the latest operating systems. Understanding the life cycle of software and determining any changes that may be needed as per the observations and feedback of software testing professionals. Work in accordance with applicable policies, processes, and procedures constituting the Information Security Management System.
