Senior Social Media Editor

Job Title: Social Media Video Editor (Full-Time)

Location: Coimbatore (On-site – Hybrid after probation)
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Social Media Editor to join our content team. You’ll be crafting high-retention short-form and long-form videos optimized for social media platforms to grab attention and keep viewers hooked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce a minimum of 8 short-form videos or 2 long-form videos per day, tailored for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and more.
• Apply advanced editing techniques including speed ramps, color grading, masking, hyper cuts, and smooth motion transitions.
• Utilize trending sounds, formats, and effects to ensure every video feels current and engaging.
• Deliver both high-paced commercial content and organic UGC-style edits as per campaign needs.
• Maintain strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling to maximize viewer retention.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in short-form and long-form video editing.
• Strong command of Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software.
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and algorithm-driven content styles.
• Portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency in video editing.

Work Format:
This is a full-time, production-studio based role at our workspace during the initial period. Based on satisfactory work quality, it may transition to a hybrid model with a minimum of 2 in-office days per week.

Pay: ₹8,658.45 - ₹25,000.00 per month
