About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead site execution, high-end finishing, and final handover for our ultra-luxury villa project in Siolim, North Goa. The ideal candidate will ensure world-class quality, precision detailing, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site execution and finishing works

• Ensure premium quality standards and luxury detailing

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors

• Supervise site teams, materials, timelines, and schedules

• Prepare and close snag lists for smooth project handover

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering

• 4–8 years of relevant experience (luxury villas or high-end residences preferred)

• Strong technical knowledge and finishing expertise

• Excellent site supervision, drawing interpretation & quality control skills
