Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field 7 years of technical testing experience Isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects and verifies fixes Develops test data and procedures for ensuring the software products meet organization standards and end-user requirements Experience testing/working with IBM Watson or testing Voice/IVR call flows, test case automation, writing SQL queries, using qTest and Azure DevOps, utilizing SOAP UI/Postman and Cyara for call load testing Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
