Job Description

5-7 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development, including SharePoint Online and Power Platform, SharePoint out of the box, and other Microsoft 365 technologies.
High Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Designer, PowerShell scripting, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#, Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven), Power Automate, AI Builder, Robotic Process Automation, Co-Pilot, Viva Engage
Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, including configuration, administration, and integration with other platforms.
Experience with SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate) would be added advantage.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Create and present to various stakeholders the findings and recommendations
