Job Description

As a Senior Service/Product Design Architect at NTT DATA, you will be an advanced subject matter expert responsible for executing the relevant business unit strategy through the development of sustainable, scalable, and best practice service offers. Your role involves collaborating with Service Offer Management to define and scope new services and service capabilities, ensuring that the design of services meets the real needs of clients globally. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing paper prototypes, documenting internal service definitions, facilitating ideation and design workshops, coordinating with other architects and subject matter experts, leveraging best practices in design thinking and scaled agile, and conceptualizing designs by conducting detailed analysis of service design and architecture frameworks. To thrive in this role, you must possess advanced knowledge and understanding of the IT industry environment and business needs, advanced relationship management skills, advanced communication skills, and advanced documentation skills. You should also have advanced analytical and research skills, be assertive in approach, and have the ability to establish and manage processes through collaboration. The academic qualifications and certifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Scaled Agile and ITIL are considered beneficial. In terms of experience, you should have advanced experience working in an Information Technology environment, particularly within IT Operations, as well as advanced relevant experience in a similar role within a related environment. Experience in Operations Architecture, Service Architecture, or Pre-sales Consulting role related to outsourced services is also essential.
