Job Description

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise to design and develop complex custom applications within the ServiceNow platform. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing custom applications within the ServiceNow platform. - Working on SOAP and REST integrations to connect ServiceNow with external systems. - Developing and maintaining ServiceNow Service Portal components and widgets. - Utilizing ServiceNow scripting to meet business requirements. - Managing ServiceNow migration and platform upgrades effectively. - Collaborating with stakeholders and participating in client interactions to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - Enhancing and supporting Field Service Management (FSM), Asset Management, and Now Mobile Agent applications. - Ensuring best practices and performance standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Strong technical knowledge in core ServiceNow concepts and architecture. - Proven experience in designing and developing custom applications in Field Service Management. - Solid experience with web services integrations using SOAP and REST. - Hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules: Field Service Management, Asset Management, and Now Mobile Agent. - Expertise in Service Portal development and customization. - Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and development best practices. - Knowledge and experience in ServiceNow instance migration and upgrade processes. - Good communication skills and experience in working directly with clients. Additionally, the following qualifications are preferred: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer / System Administrator certification. - Certified Implementation Specialist in Field Service Management. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.,
