You are hiring a Senior SEO Specialist & Digital Marketing Team Lead for the On-Site Kannur Office. The primary markets for this role are Australia & UK. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary along with a performance bonus based on experience. As the Senior SEO Specialist & Digital Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the digital marketing team and enhancing the performance of the health-focused product in the specified markets. Your role will involve developing and executing effective SEO strategies for multiple markets, mentoring the digital marketing team to ensure performance and collaboration, enhancing technical SEO, on-page optimization, and user experience, planning and supervising content and outreach strategies, analyzing performance using digital tools, and aligning marketing efforts with company objectives and product growth. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, possess strong team leadership and project management skills, demonstrate a solid grasp of technical SEO, content optimization, and analytics, and preferably have experience working with Australian or UK markets. Being creative, hands-on, and results-driven is essential for this role.
