Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities: SEO

• Own end-to-end SEO strategy and execution across multiple websites.
• Perform keyword research based on business intent and ICP priorities.
• On-page optimization including content structure, meta data, internal linking, and schema.
• Lead technical SEO efforts: crawl health, indexation, Core Web Vitals, redirects, JS rendering issues, web app SEO constraints, etc.
• Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and partnerships.
• Track performance and deliver actionable insights tied to conversions, not vanity metrics.
• Collaborate with content writers to align SEO with revenue-focused content goals.
  

Secondary Responsibilities: ASO (nice to have)

• Contribute to ASO strategy for our mobile apps if required.
• Optimize listings for app stores including metadata, screenshots, A/B tests.
• Monitor keyword rankings, conversion rates, and competitor movement.
  

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in SEO for B2B tech or SaaS environments.
• Proven ranking wins with metrics to show growth.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge for React/Next.js or dynamic web architectures.
• Proficiency with tools like Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Ability to translate analytics into revenue-driving decisions.
• Good communication and collaboration with product + dev teams.
  

Nice to Have

• ASO experience (Google Play + Apple App Store).
• Familiarity with Firebase, Mixpanel, or mobile growth tools.
• Understanding of paid search alignment with organic strategies.
