Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution:Develop and execute effective SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to improve organic search rankings and visibility across major search engines.Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience research to identify opportunities and inform content strategies.Perform comprehensive SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations for website improvements.Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.Problem-Solving & Creativity:Think creatively and strategically to identify and resolve complex SEO challenges, such as ranking drops, technical errors, and competitive landscapes.Proactively identify new opportunities for organic growth and implement innovative solutions.Data Analysis & Reporting:Utilize a strong knowledge of SEO tools and data analysis skills to monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics (e.g., organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates).Interpret data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms to provide actionable insights and recommendations.Prepare detailed performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, insights, and future strategies.Technical & On-Page SEO:Collaborate with development teams to implement technical SEO improvements (e.g., site speed optimization, schema markup, crawlability, indexability).Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking structures for maximum organic visibility.Content & Off-Page SEO:Work with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development.Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and organic rankings.Collaboration & Independence:Ability to work within a team by collaborating effectively with content writers, PPC specialists, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure integrated digital strategies.Ability to work independently to manage multiple SEO projects, prioritize tasks, and take initiative to drive results.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members when required.
