As a Senior QA Engineer at Carelon Global Solutions India, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing communication requirements for our leaders. Reporting to the Manager of Communications, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand design briefs, execute in-house design tasks, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines when working with external agencies. Your responsibilities will involve engaging with product management, project management, and development teams to gain insights into project objectives and testing requirements. Facilitating communication between onshore and offshore teams, you will troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and create test conditions, data, and scripts to address business and technical use cases. Additionally, you will contribute to automation efforts by designing and executing test scripts using Selenium with Java, analyzing automation test results for web applications, and documenting and escalating issues as needed. To qualify for this role, you should hold a B. Tech /B.E. /MCA degree with over 5 years of experience in Automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java. Prior work experience in the healthcare domain would be advantageous. Proficiency in Selenium, Java, TestNG, automation framework design, Agile methodology, Maven, Continuous Integration, SCM tools, and reporting tools like Extent is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are also required.
