**Job Description** **Role Overview:** As a Senior SDE (Python/Golang) at Opsolute, you will play a critical role in building the backend systems that power the next-generation cloud cost optimization platform. Your responsibilities will include designing scalable APIs, processing large volumes of multi-cloud data, driving real-time insights, and automation to assist teams in reducing cloud spend and making data-driven decisions. Collaborating closely with a focused team of engineers in a fast-paced environment, you will contribute to shaping both technology and product direction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and build scalable backend systems to enable real-time cloud cost analysis, insights, and automation across AWS, GCP, and Azure. - Develop secure and reusable integrations with cloud and SaaS platforms to facilitate smooth data flow and intelligent decision-making. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, security, and design teams to shape and deliver features from concept to launch. - Champion engineering excellence by driving best practices in testing, observability, documentation, and code quality. - Influence architecture and strategy, mentor team members, and help foster a strong, platform-first engineering culture. **Qualifications Required:** - **Education:** Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a relevant field. - **Experience:** 3+ years of backend engineering experience building scalable, production-ready systems, preferably in cloud-native or SaaS environments. - **Backend Skills:** Proficiency in Python or Go; experience with RESTful APIs, background jobs, workflows, and relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL) including managed database services. - **Security & Reliability:** Experience with secure system design (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC) and a strong focus on building reliable, maintainable, and well-documented systems. - Strong communicator and collaborator comfortable working across engineering, site reliability, and product teams. **Additional Details:** Opsolute is a next-generation Cloud Cost Management and Optimization platform focused on bridging the gap between engineering teams and finance.
