Job Summary:

Senior SAP Quality Management (QM) Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage

  end-to-end SAP QM implementations

  , rollouts, and support projects.
• Perform

  requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis

  with business users.
• Configure

  QM master data

  , inspection plans, characteristics, sampling procedures, and usage decisions.
• Implement

  in-process, incoming, and outgoing inspection processes

  .
• Integrate QM processes with

  Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and Plant Maintenance (PM)

  .
• Handle

  quality notifications, audit management, and calibration processes

  .
• Prepare and maintain

  functional specifications

  for custom developments.
• Collaborate with

  technical teams (ABAP/BTP)

  for enhancements and reports.
• Conduct

  unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

  .
• Provide

  training and documentation

  to business users.
• Support

  S/4HANA migration

  or greenfield/brownfield implementation projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years

  of experience in SAP QM module configuration and implementation.
• At least

  2 full life cycle implementations

  in SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of

  inspection types, results recording, usage decisions, and quality notifications

  .
• Experience in

  batch management, defect recording, and corrective actions

  .
• Familiarity with

  SAP Fiori apps

  and

  S/4HANA QM functionalities

  .
• Excellent understanding of

  integration points

  with MM, PP, and PM modules.
• Ability to

  analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production support issues

  .
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP

  QM Certification

  (nice to have).
• Exposure to

  SAP BTP, Fiori, or digital manufacturing

  .
• Experience working in

  regulated industries (Pharma, Manufacturing, Automotive)

  .
