Senior SAP PP Consultant

As a SAP PP Consultant based in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Design and build SAP PP, QM, and PM solutions to meet business needs. - Perform maintenance and support of SAP PP, QM, and PM modules, ensuring design integrity. - Possess functional/technical proficiency with at least 2+ full life cycle SAP implementations. - Have a good technical understanding of ABAP and other technical concepts used in PP, QM, and PM. - Translate business needs into effective process and technology solutions aligned with the Global template. - Collaborate with team members and consulting partners to design, build, test, and deploy SAP solutions for Quality Management. - Create test scripts, drive integration and regression testing, and handle multiple tasks within budget and timeline expectations. - Recommend operational improvements, service efficiency initiatives, and business process enhancements to meet business needs. - Share expertise with team members locally and globally to ensure team success. - Support existing SAP design, application configuration, and custom enhancements/integration points. - Document requirements for new functionality, develop functional design specifications, and provide post-production support for custom system enhancements. Qualifications required for this role include: - Hands-on configuration experience in SAP PP Manufacturing, Process industry, Repetitive manufacturing, and Plant Maintenance. - Configuration expertise in SAP QM, including Inspection planning, Quality certificates, MICs, Quality Notification, and LIMS integration. - Ability to understand and create solutions for SAP PM integration with External systems. - Experience in the Design/Blueprint phase of SAP transformation programs and Data Conversions. - Experience in documenting Functional specifications, configuring changes, and conducting testing. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Good knowledge of SAP structures, configuration standards, objects dependencies, and tables. - Experience in SAP Plant Maintenance module and working with end-users to translate business requirements.
